They are good for a static radial load of nearly 2,000N. Max RPM is 20,000 with grease and 28,000 with oil.
An axial load of 10N does not sound excessive for this type of bearing so should be fine.
Tim, As a deep groove ball bearing, they are mainly used for radial loads and as such are really intended for particularly high axial loads. We do not have a figure for the axial load but they will tolerate a reasonable amount of static load. What load or force did you have in mind?
These are precision bearings for 10mm shafts. We do not sell actual sleeves for 10 to 3mm. This is something that would require specific machining but whilst not aware of your application, why not use a 3mm bearing for a 3mm shaft.
