Placing an Order
We are an internet based company and our order processing systems are based on orders placed online through this website. We regret that we are unable to accept telephone orders at this time.
We frequently have customers who will not place their order online because of internet security concerns with their payment card details. We use PayPal and SagePay, two of the largest payment gateways in the UK. SagePay statement:

You can check the status of your order(s) by signing into your account using the details you provided when registering. You will then have full access to all of your orders and their status. You can also telephone us, but we will need the order / invoice number that can be found on all paperwork and Emails associated with the order.
Each product has a live status of its availability and most stock items are held in Rugby. We aim to dispatch same day for orders received by 2pm but may take longer for orders containing non-stock items.
Products out of stock may still be available to back order and will be dispatched as soon as new stocks arrive.
When a product has a very long lead time or we are experiencing supply difficulties, that product may be unavailable to order online.
Certain products are not stocked in Rugby or are made to order, these products will be identified with the expected lead time for dispatch.
End of line products are indicated by the message 'Available only whilst stocks last', often at a discounted price. It may be possible to order in excess of the remaining stock available; so if we are unable to supply the full order quantity we will send what we have and refund you the balance, unless you include alternative instructions with your order.
Enquiries regarding carriage costs can be found on our website by clicking on the 'Shipping Options' button in the menu at the bottom of the page. International delivery costs using FedEx are estimated based on a normal mainland delivery and for addresses in main populated areas. Actual shipping costs can be found after adding items to the cart by viewing the cart contents (click on the 'View cart' tab above), where an option to select the shipping method and view shipping cost' is available based on destination country and postcode.
Our pricing, including quantity discounts if available can be found on this site. If your requirements exceed our quantity break points, contact us using the form below so we can advise if further discounting is available.
We are aware that certain educational establishments procurement departments require quotations before an order can be placed. Sorry, but we do not provide quotations for this purpose as our pricing can already be found on this site. Adding items to the shopping cart and completing the checkout process will generate a priced listing which is automatically Emailed to you even without making a payment, this Email may be sufficient for some procurement departments.
We do not provide proforma invoices as we are an online ecommerce business, where all of our pricing and handling costs are upfront and fixed. If your business needs a proforma before releasing a payment, we suggest adding the required items to the shopping cart and completing the checkout process. This will generate an invoice which is automatically Emailed to you, even without making a payment, this Email may be sufficient for many procurement departments.
