Hi,I want to use a speed controller to operate a servo torque motor from 0-350 milliamps and the motor is operated at +/- 15 volts d.c. is it suitable say to set it for a given current and use it for this function? This is in effect just a coil which moves a tiny armature so it only needs a stable value of d.c. current but which can be varied.

Most of our speed controllers do not have a current limit function (other than by using fuses) or have a fixed current limit. Those with a variable current limit will have a minumum limit of 10's of amps so unfortunately we do not have anything suitable within our range.
