just to check, I'd like to run the circuits including ~ Relay PCB DPDT 1A 5V ~ at 4.8v, (4 up AAA NiMH batteries, & voltage may drop before batts replaced) am I safe to assume that these will trip?

Life expectancy is very low - you should aim for 10e7 operations !
