Hello
As discussed on the telephone with yourselves on Monday of this week I am experiencing difficulties with one of Your Liposhields (that I purchased from Yourselves last week).
As discussed I emailed the manufacturer of the Liposhield but have received no answer.
The problem is that the unit iether detects only 1 cell (led flashes once then continues in a rythmic pattern) or it comes on permanantly.
I have tried 2 seperate 2s lipo batteries (both brand new) and the results are the same.
Initialy it detected both cells but wouldnt allow any power to pass to the motor.(after this the above has always been the result when the unit has been turned on)
Has anyone had a similar experience and if so managed to rectify the problem or is it likly that I have unfortunatly received a faulty unit.
awaiting responses
Thanks.
