Excellent and prompt service when I purchased a Foot Switch Latching Action with 1/4" Jack Plug. The foot switch was good VFM and does the job fine.

Tight deadlines building development/prototype servo equipment for disabled sailors entering World Championships in next 10 months. Ordered parts over the (T/Bots closed) Christmas period and items were delivered within 2 days of the new Year. Out of stock items followed in 48hrs. Can't fault that for good service. I miss T/Bots no longer being in Totton but mail order system very efficient.
