I reciently purchased 10 Mini Blade PCB Mounting Fuse Holders hoping to solder them onto a stripboard. Unfortunately I cannot find a board with a 4mm pitch to match the holders. Can you help please?

Strip boards are traditionally 0.1" pitch, these fuse holders are designed for PCBs where you can set out the board to suit the fuse holders exactly. You might be able to slot the stripboard using a cutter (i.e. Dremel) and be creative with the soldering.
