Marcello, We are both sorry and very surprised to hear of the problem. Can you advise which spacers you are referring to as I do not recall any that are 2.5mm long? Are they made from black plastic and how many in each kit?

In the kit are enclosed two black hard plastic tube (view your 4607-011 part) which are used as container for two screws that fasten the brackets. The length in my kits must be 25 mm (this is the motor thickness. The lenght supplied is 20 mm... too short!. Have I be clear enough? Cheers.

Susie, See 4600-008, 010, 011 & 050 for the gears used. It comes with instructions on gear selection but you get higher ratios by adding progressively more stages and having the longer output shaft in the middle or the outside mouting holes. One stage gives you 4:1, each additional stage gives another 4:1 reduction. Just remember that two 4:1 stages gives 16:1, 3 stages 64:1 etc..

Theo, Sorry but that figure is not quoted by the manufacturer. However, we would assume 15mm as the output shaft is in the middle row (from the photo) and that the overall height is 30mm.

Ken, We have added a 'Details' tab which details the motor performance. The shaft is 3mm diameter.
