Hello, I need a timing belt with 70 teeth (10mm wide) for a lathe drive. It is approximately 335mm long. 305 would be too short and 390 way too long as there is very little adjustment on the motor. any ideas? |

Tom, The only sizes we can obtain from our current suppliers is though listed on our site. The T5 belts whilst containing steel wire strands are great for most model applications but depending your motor power, they may not be suitable anyway. |

Hi, Can you advise I want to overdrive a petrol minimoto engine by means of a HTD belt. The final drive will turning a 80mm propellor. The engine is rated at 6hp, 13K RPM and I want to over drive this by 50% What type of belt width/pitch would you recommend. Your advice would me much appreciated. Thanks |

Adam, A few questions: When you say over drive the engine, what effect will this have on the engine power and rpm? What are the pulley diameters? What is the belt length? We are unable to send you a personal reply as you did not provide an Email address. |
