Introduction

This circular laser-cut plastic robot chassis makes a great base for small mobile robots. With a diameter of only 127mm (slightly bigger than a CD), this acrylic chassis is ideal for building sturdy robots capable of navigating tight spaces. As shown below, the circular chassis has many holes and slots for mounting sensors, motors, and other hardware. Choose from one of eight different colors!

To complete the round robot chassis, you need the Tamiya twin-motor gearbox, ball caster, and truck tyres. For a platform for your electronics you can use our 127mm round prototyping PCB which matches the round chassis perfectly. The 32mm standoff set also works well with the chassis.

Pololu Chassis for Micro Motors

The 5" robot chassis RRC04A is an 1/8" acrylic chassis that provides a base for our micro metal gearmotors, extended brackets, and 42×19mm wheels. The robot chassis has many mounting holes that let you mount a variety of robot components to it. With a diameter of only five inches, this acrylic chassis is great for building robots capable of navigating tight spaces.
