"Nathan,
These motors can be used up to 15V. We do not have the winding resistance figure, if you really need to know (and not sure why) there are techniques for measuring it yourself, a Google search should give a number of methods.
There should be no need to heatsink the motor, if you are running it for long periods close to its maximum rating, simply provide adequate ventilation around the motor."
