A basic kit for building a tracked Micro Rover. The kit includes:
Aluminium chass plate 100 x 200mm
12 Standard wheels
2 rubber tracks
2 wormdrive gear motors
AA battery holder
Switchboard kit
Battery connector
2m of ribbon cable
3mm x 300mm steel rod
Plastic bearings, nuts & bolts and tubing
Whilst this basic kit has all you need to build a motorised tracked vehicle that is controlled using a pair of slide switches, it can easily be made remote controlled using for example of 2x5A RC speed controller from Dimension Engineering 1506-004.
