"Hannu, Sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with our service but looking into your orders I do not see how we can be held responsible. You placed an order on the 4th which we dispatched within hours to Sweden by FedEx. You placed another order late on the 4th which we dispatched by FedEx on the 5th. Apparently you ordered the wrong items but as a business customer, the distance selling regulations do not apply and as the goods are of such low value, their return for re-stocking is not cost effective for either party."

"Not satisfied how a customer problem was solved or actually not even tried to. Looks like if everything goes fine as long as all goes fine. Never faced earlier a situation where my problem is not worth of trying to solve together. Customer service acting was not solving the problem or offering any solution even. In these days customer service should be better. Not the best affection really."
