"Paul,

No, we could not consider making something up like this for such a small quantity. However, these are very simple to make up yourself as long as you have access to a soldering iron. It is not common practice to use banana plugs in this application, you would be better considering our Tamiya, Deans or Anderson 45A single pole power connectors all of which can be found on this site."

Product specific questions are best placed using the product Q&A tab.

We have customers using two sound units from a Y lead on twin engine models. The beating sound of two sound units using two quality speakers is very effective."

"can the sound moduals be used in a twin engined boat to sound like two engines"

"Is the Picaxe 18M2 chip useable on the Power 18 Project Board as this device is not listed in the Accessories section. Also can the 3pole 3.5mm pcb jack socket be fitted to this board and is this also stocked by you? Part numbers for these items if available would be helpful.
Thanking you."

"Norman,

What you require is what is commonly celled a BEC (battery eliminator circuit). These are often found integral with motor speed controllers as an example. They are also available as stand alone devices. BEC's are available with different current ratings, you will need to estimate the current consumption which is not just the receiver itself but also the Battleswitch and any other receiver loads you may have such as servos.

Under Voltage Converters is two sub departments, one where you found 1062-020 called General Purpose Voltage Regulators, the other is called BEC Voltage Regulators and has the description: "BEC regulators are used where you wish to power your radio receiver from the same battery as used for the motors. This way you will not need another 4.8V or 6V battery for the receiver or servos etc..
".
Look through these to find the one most suitable for your application."

"I want to use a 12v SLA battery to power a Planet R7M receiver and 10A Battleswitch together.
Both the items are rated at max. 6v, therefore 12v is excessive voltage for them.
Would your 5v switch mode regulator (Pt. No. 1062-020) be able to supply sufficient current to reliably power these items, or, alternatively would you be able to recommend a better way of reducing the voltage to a safer level?
Thank you.
