Andy, The manufactuers do not publish a load figure although they are rather well made. The load would have been expressed as torque so whilst you say 500-600 grams, you would need to specify the distance of the load from the centre of the output shaft of the gearbox. As I'm sure you will appreciate, there is a big difference in trying to lift a load say 2cm from the output shaft to say 1m from output shaft. How far is your load away i.e. diameter of the pulley or length of the arm? |

Hello Im building a 1/10th scale A27m cromwell mk IV cruiser tank. Your (1410-011) Technobots Feather Gold 12V 150W would be perfect to be the drive if i could find a 25:1 reduction gearbox, ive looked into building my own using sprockets/chain and/or gears but the construction gets heavy and unwieldy. Do you have such a gearbox or know where i might be able to get one? Cheers Brendan |

Brendan, If only! We would love to be able to help but so far we have had no luck in finding a gearbox at a suitable price. Industrial gearboxes are simply far too expensive for the hobby market. |
