Andy,

We do not have actual performance data other than being advised that performance is similar to the 24V version so on that basis, off load should be about 5400 rpm.

Could I have full specs and performance datas about your Technobots Feather Gold 12V 150W - Part No: 1410-011?
Do you think it possible to toggle the motor on and off with BattleSwitch RC Relay 10A - Part No: 3400-021 or the starting power drain would be too high?
Thanks in advance and sorry for my english...

Michi, we have no further data on the motor, what else did you need to know?

I would not switch a Feather Gold direct from a BattleSwitch, you would need to drive a much larger relay first that could handle the starting current and back emf voltages.

Do you know if the Technobots Feather Gold 12V 150W motor is a permanent magnet motor. We would like to use a 12V DC 150W motor for our bicycle generators but we're struggling to find the right ones. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Adam, At the time of writing, all of our dc motors we supply are permanent magnet type.

Technobots Feather Gold 12V 150W - Part No: 1410-011, product dimensions ?
Hi there. Can you provide any dimensions for this product and also a rough estimate of the mouting requirements ? Are there any threaded holes in the motor front plate for example.
Also - can I switch this motor using your automotive relay "12V SPCO 30/40A Relay - Part No: 1600-001" ?
Many thanks.
Steve.

Steve,

Dimensions are the same as the discontinued 24V version 1410-010, details on same page on website. I think you will find the relay will fail very quickly due to the starting current and back emf when stopping.

Kind regards

Paul
