Can I add to my order once I have placed it?

It is not possible to add to an order once it has been submitted. You can submit an additional order and request us to combine the two orders but please note the following:

  • Once an order has been picked and packed, it cannot be added to (order status changes from Processed, we Email customers when order status changes)
  • Combining orders may affect the carriage cost which will be taken into account when calculating any refund amount.
  • An admin charge of £1 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the cost of processing the refund. This may be waived at our discretion depending on order value.

Can I place my order by phone?

Our preference is that orders are placed online because:

  • less errors occur during us taking both personal details as well as part numbers.
  • it is far quicker to place an order online than it is for us to process it on the phone.
  • UK customers can save the cost of normal delivery for orders over £35 by placing their order online.

If you wish to pay by phone, it helps us and speeds up the telephone process by placing your order online but not completing the payment process. We will then have a copy of your order and you will receive a confirmation. Simply call us with the order reference number and the card details you wish to use within 24 working hours on 023 8086 4891.
