EU VAT Registered Business Tax Exemption

If your EU business (excluding UK) is registered for VAT, you can place your order(s) online without tax being added subject to prior validation.  If you do not qualify for VAT free trading with the UK or fail to get prior validation, VAT will be added to your order and will not be refundable through Technobots Ltd.

1. VAT number validation: Prior to placing your order, you will need to set up a user account by clicking on the 'Register' link above.  When registering include the business name as well as the VAT registration number.
2. Once you have set up your user account, display your profile details and click on the 'User groups' tab (next to the 'General' tab.
3. Finally click on the 'Join' link along side the 'EU VAT registered business' option.

We will receive your details and will then validate the VAT number against your business name and address. Once approved (typically same working day), you will receive confirmation by Email.
