Good afternoon. I notice on the description of the "feather gold" motors that the direction of rotation is CW.. Does this mean it will only operate in one direction whatever the polarity or is CW the default direction when the polarity is correct?

Any help greatly appreciated,

The 'Feather Gold' motors will run equally as well in both directions depending on the polarity of the supply. The motor wires are colour coded red and black, when red is positive the motor direction is CW, when red is negative the direction is ccw. The vast majority of customers use this motor with a reversing motor speed controller for their electric vehicles or robots with great success. This motor remains one of our most popular with a great track record.
