If You Need to Contact Technobots
Progress Orders
You can check the status of your order(s) by signing into your account using the details provided when registering. You will then have full access to all of your orders and their status. If you did not register, you can simply enter your email address into the 'Track my order(s):' box on the right and an Email will be sent to you with the most recent order status.
Stock Availability
Products in stock are indicated by 'In stock' and are updated each working day but note that as we have a number of sales streams for our products there is a possibility of a product being out of stock when ordered online. However, we will put such items on back order to follow as soon as possible.
Products out of stock will not show the 'In stock' message but can still be ordered and will follow as soon as available. If new stocks are due within a few days, we may hold the order until it can be sent in full otherwise we will send all available items with the remainder to follow when available.
7-Day Specials are products that are not carried in stock but can still be added to the shopping cart along with any stock items being ordered. Please allow typically 3-7 working days for dispatch. Orders placed with both 'In Stock' items and 7-Day Specials may be held at our discretion until the 7-Day Specials are available. If the 'In Stock' items are required in advance of the 7-Day Specials please place two separate orders.
Carriage Costs
Enquiries regarding carriage costs can be found from our website by clicking on the 'Carriage' button on the above menu. All carriage costs are calculated by weight and destination. Alternatively, you can also add items to the cart, view the cart contents (by clicking on the 'View cart' tab above) where an option to 'estimate shipping cost' is available.
